TATIANA HUEZO

Director, screenwriter and editor, she graduated from the Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica in Mexico. She holds a Master's Degree in Creative Documentary from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona. Her work has won several awards around the world and has been recognized by the Mexican Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMACC) with eight Ariel awards.

Noche de Fuego (2021), premiered in Un Certain Regard at the Cannes Film Festival, was nominated for the 37th Annual Film Independent Spirit Awards, as well as the DGA Awards in the Best Director category. Tempestad (2016) and Noche de Fuego were selected by AMACC to represent Mexico at the Oscar and Goya Awards.
